The internal power supply looks not good. The connector is damaged, probably it was a poor contact and it overheated. 2 bulging electrolytic capacitor.

What do you think. guys: is it worth to fix this power supply or is it defected by design and it is better to get rid of it?
Ok, so @lechu told me the PCB is too damaged by heat and may became conductive. @kosma told me if this is just a 12V power supply (nothing special), it is better to replace it whole.
